Winners
Any campaign, ad group or keyword that has a Quality Score above 7/10.
Other attributes
They benefit from a discount, meaning that their click costs are cheaper.
They are ordered by their discounts; the higher discounts displayed at the top.
Losers
Any campaign, ad group or keyword that has a Quality Score above 7/10.
Other attributes
They are penalised, meaning that their click costs are higher than they should.
They are ordered by their penalty, the higher penalty displayed at the top. These are the priority.
Why is this useful?
This separates the elements that need to optimized form the ones that don't so you can apply focus where your attention is needed.
