Step 1.
Log into your account. On the manage subscription page, unselect all your Google Ads accounts or click on the cancel subscription link (which will unselect all the accounts for you).
Step 2.
A form will appear for feedback on your reason for canceling. It helps us understand where we fell short. Select the appropriate option:
Step 3.
A "Confirm Cancelation" button will appear. Click that button for the cancelation to be complete.
You will receive an email notification to confirm your cancelation. Please verify your email. If you don't receive an email confirmation, please check that you've followed all the steps, and if still unsure, please send us an email at [email protected] so we can complete the cancelation for you.
