If you see the following error in your account...

... it means that the link between Tenscores and Google Ads is broken and needs to be restored.

There are two ways to restore it:

Method 1:

Method 2:

By going through the same Oauth process you went through when you first created your Tenscores account.

Method 1: Re-linking Google Ads via The "Reactivate" button

  1. In the Admin area, click on "Google Ads Accounts". You will see a list of your Google Ads accounts, and an error message should be the ones that have lost API access:

  2. Click on an account that has the error, it will open up the options available for that account, then click on the "Reactivate" button you see at the bottom:

  3. When the "Reactivate" button disappears, it means that re-linking has been attempted and you should now be able to manually update your account.

  4. Try to update your account manually, if it goes through, the re-linking was successful. If it does not, you'll need to re-link via the Oauth method below.

Method 2: Re-linking via the Oauth process

This method is straight-forward, simply go the subscription management page, and find the "Signin with Google" button. Click that button and follow Google's process for linking a Google ads account.
