The only way to start a trial with Tenscores is to add a credit card. Because we track daily quality score data, most customers prefer not to have their service discontinued after the trial ends. We give refunds to any customer who forgets to cancel if that was their intention. In fact, we give refunds any time a customer isn't happy.
